This policy covers content that users upload, create, or publish through the Service, including public share links and forms.
2. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send us a written notice using the contact in Section 5 that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it (for example the share link or a description of where it appears).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may subject you to liability for damages.
3. Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who provided it, and, in appropriate circumstances, take further action. We may forward your notice, including your contact details, to the user who posted the material.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification using the contact in Section 5 that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
